Laser power expected for the ELBE FELs

The following figures show the outcoupled time-averaged asymptotic laser power calculated for various electron pulse lengths σ_t and outcoupling hole diameters D_h. The asymptotic power is obtained after a few hundred round-trips.

Beam⁽¹⁾, undulator⁽²⁾ and resonator⁽³⁾ parameters are the same as used for the gain calculation⁽⁴⁾. The cavity losses have been taken from the estimate for the U27⁽⁵⁾ and U100⁽⁶⁾ resonator, respectively.
