| Description | In cooperation with the Swiss Paul Scherrer Institute, scientists at the HZDR investigated three-dimensional magnetic layer systems with the result that all magnets surrounding the intermediate layer arrange themselves into rectified, three-dimensional vortices. This observation offers promising application possibilities in information and communication technology such as for mobile radio or WLan antennas. |
