Prerequisites: basic knowledge of programming with Python, interest in microbiology and quantitative biochemistry.
The project will be carried out at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) in the Department of Biophysics at the Institute of Resource Ecology under the supervision of Prof. Fahmy and in close collaboration with the Department of Computational Science of the HZDR. The goal is the establishment of an open access web tool for the interactive evaluation of metabolic data from microorganisms. The work on the topic can be extended to a bachelor or master thesis in Biophysics. Publication: https://doi.org/10.3390/microorganisms10071397
