Certificate 2020 - Applied Engineering from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Mittweida University

On March 17 and 19, 2020, the professorship for innovation and change management at HS Mittweida will conduct the second pilot course for the "Applied Engineering" certificate. This time the project "Open Engineering 2" is a guest at the Fraunhofer Institute for Organic Electronics, Electron Beam and Plasma Technology FEP in Dresden. The two days focus on the topic of entrepreneurship and innovation management. Further information and registration information can be found in the flyer.

Silicon Saxony event "Science meets Industry" on March 4, 2020 at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg

On March 4, 2020, Silicon Saxony invites scientists and industry partners to the TU Bergakademie Freiberg for the event "Science meets Industry". The aim of the event is to quickly transfer innovative ideas from research to industry and thus to the market. Various research institutions and startups from all over Saxony present their current projects. There are also two great transfer projects run by the HZDR. In the pitch session on sensor technologies, the Helmholtz Innovation Lab "FlexiSens" presents its concept of extremely sensitive and thin GMR sensors. The spin-off project TheiaX from the Helmholtz Institute for Resource Technologies Freiberg is also presented.
