Abstract submission

All participants with an academic degree not equal to a Professor are required to present a poster during the WE-Heraeus seminar and should submit an abstract (max. 1 DIN-A4 page) along with the registration form to h.schultheiss@hzdr.de

Deadline for abstract submission and registration is November 13th 2015.

Upon acceptance of the abstract the WE-Heraeus foundation will send out official invitation letters to all participants and will inquire details regarding accommodation.

Please note that there will be shotgun presentation for the posters where all presenters are asked to show 1 ppt-slide and advertise their poster in 1 minute. There will be both a best poster prize as well as a best shotgun presentation prize!
