Description
|
Example of interaction data the new model can now make use of: home ranges of about a dozen Brazilian tapirs living in the Pantanal, a vast, seasonally flooded wetland area in South America. Each color represents one individual. Dots are snapshots of locations. The thick colored lines delimit the estimated home-range boundaries. The thin lines represent the 95% uncertainty envelope around each home-range border. Data from Medici et al., Movement Ecology 14(10), 2022 (doi: 10.1186/s40462-022-00313-w)
