IHRS NanoNet Annual Workshop 2015

The Annual Workshop of the International Helmholtz Research School (IHRS) for Nanolectronic Networks (NanoNet) was held at the Bastei Hotel from 30 September - 02 October 2015.
The Annual Meeting was used to prepare the mid-term evaluation of the research school on January 19, 2016.

Best Poster Prize

NANONET Poster Prize 2015

The IHRS NanoNet Best Poster Prize 2015 was given to Eunhye Baek, hosted by the Institute of Materials Science of the TU Dresden, for her poster "Optoelectronic Double-Gate Modulation in Metal Ion-doped Thin Film-coated Si Nanowire FETs" presented on October 01, 2015 - Congratulations !
The second prize was given to Dipjyoti Deb. The third prize was awarded to Bezu Teschome.
