Abteilung Halbleitermaterialien (FWIM)

Die Abteilung befasst sich mit der Synthese und Modifikation moderner Materialien der Optoelektronik und Quantentechnologie mittels Ionenimplantation und Ultrakurzzeitausheilung. Die Abteilung ist mit mehreren Anlagen zur Ultrakurzzeitausheilung und Dünnschichtabscheidung sowie modernsten Geräten zur Messung elektrischer, optischer und magnetischer Materialeigenschaften ausgestattet. Die Forschung geschieht in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen des HZDR einschließlich des Ionenstrahlzentrums (IBC), ELBE und des High Magnetic Field Lab.
