Further Information

Magnetization

The magnetization in pulsed fields is measured by integrating the voltage induced in a compensated coil system surrounding the sample (induction method) [1].

The technique is best suited for magnet type D (on request can be installed in magnets A, B, E).

Standard temperature range is 1.4 – 270 K.
3He option with a base temperature of ~0.6 K is available for magnets A, B, E.
