Accommodation
A contingent of rooms with special rates (78 €/night) has been blocked at the Schloss Eckberg Hotel from August 29 to August 31. Instructions for hotel booking will be provided in the registration confirmation email.
Transport
A private bus service will be available for the workshop participants to reach the workshop venue from the Eckberg Schloss Hotel.
Room availablility and bus service will be guaranteed until the early registration deadline (July 15 extended to July 30). After July 30, these services will be provided according to the availability on a first come first serve basis.
Social dinner
The Social Dinner will take place on Tuesday August 30th at the Lingner Restaurant. The dinner fee will be 50 €. Participation should be confirmed in advance in the registration form or by email to the local organizer.
