Cross-Mentoring "Strong in Leadership!"
Are you looking to develop or enhance your leadership skills? Are you wondering if you are even suited to being a leader? This is where Cross-Mentoring comes in. The goal of Cross-Mentoring is to (further) develop your leadership style, gain insights into different organizational cultures, and access new networks beyond your usual scope.
What is Cross-Mentoring?
Mentors and mentees come from different regional companies and organizations, allowing them to discuss leadership challenges openly and without the constraints of everyday professional life. These tandems work together in a practical and confidential manner to address the mentee’s leadership challenges. The mentor provides their experience, reflection, and feedback to guide and support the mentee. The Career Center collaborates with Cross Consult as part of the Cross-Mentoring Dresden program.
