Access regulations for external guests
Dear visitors of the HZDR,
In order to protect all employees at the locations Dresden-Rossendorf, -Felsenkeller, Freiberg, Görlitz and Leipzig during the Corona pandemic, the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) has issued special regulations for the access of external guests to the campus or the relevant buildings and laboratories.
Persons who have been proven to be infected with the Corona virus or who are considered to be close contacts according to the RKI definition are not allowed to enter HZDR locations under any circumstances.
Furthermore, the so-called 3G rule applies to all external guests. This means a vaccination, recovery or test certificate is required. The respective status is inquired at the front desk. A negative rapid test, which is not older than 48 hours and which has been issued by an official test center, a doctor's office, a pharmacy or a similar institution, is sufficient as proof.
Our employees at the reception in Dresden-Rossendorf are instructed to go through a questionnaire with you when you register and to take measures based on this. A corresponding contact person has been appointed at the locations Dresden-Felsenkeller, Freiberg, Görlitz and Leipzig. Thank you for supporting our efforts to stop the spread of the Corona virus, by honestly answering the questions. We will treat your information with the utmost confidentiality. The data will be deleted immediately after the purpose of processing ceases to apply. We apologize for possible delays in registration due to the adjusted registration process.
Please adhere to the usual distance and hygiene rules during your stay. A face mask is required in all buildings on the Rossendorf research campus and at all locations operated by HZDR and VKTA, if the minimum distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained.
Regulations concerning stays at the HZDR guest house
For stays in the guest house the 3G rule also applies. A negative rapid test, which is not older than 48 hours and which has been issued by an official test center, a doctor's office, a pharmacy or a similar institution, is sufficient as proof. For long-term stays, residents should use the free test offer twice a week. Please direct individual inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
