Declaration of the applicant

I hereby apply for a user certificate in the sectigo PKI and undertake to comply with the regulations of the information for certificate holders published at https://www.eugridpma.org/guidelines/authn-assurance/igtf-authn-assurance-1.1.pdf.
This means in particular:

  • I am not allowed to make the private key for the certificate accessible to other persons. A passing on is not permitted.
  • Any device on which I store or use the private key must be adequately protected, e.g. free of malware such as viruses, and regularly updated with security patches.
  • I am required to have the certificate revoked under the following conditions:
    • The certificate contains information that is no longer valid, for example, after a name change.
    • The private key or the associated passphrase/PIN has been lost, stolen, disclosed or otherwise compromised or misused.
    • I am no longer authorized to use the certificate.

I have read the enclosed information about the processing of personal data for the certificate creation in the sectigo-PKI with reference to the revocation possibilities. I agree to the processing of the data for the purpose of certificate creation according to this information. I am aware that in the event of a revocation, the processing of my data remains permissible for the period between the granting of consent and the revocation.
