ROBL - Synchrotron Radiation Beamline at ESRF

 General Information

ROBL - the ROssendorf BeamLine was installed and is operated by the Forschungszentrum Rossendorf (FZR), Dresden, Germany. The beamline is dedicated to radiochemistry and materials research.

ROBL is one of the bending magnet beamlines at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF), the world-wide leading laboratory for hard synchrotron radiation. The two experimental installations for radiochemistry and materials research can be used by researchers visiting ROBL for stays of usually some days to carry out their experiments. The experiments performed at ROBL will be selected by a review panel on the basis of scientific merit.
