Digitale Lösung für die nachhaltige Rohstoffsuche: Freiberger Start-up TheiaX für Sächsischen Digitalpreis nominiert

Mit der steigenden Nachfrage nach Hochtechnologiemetallen für die Wirtschaft steht der Bergbau vor komplexen Herausforderungen. Die nachhaltige Rohstoffversorgung erfordert energieeffiziente und sozialverträgliche Verfahren mit geringer Umweltbelastung. TheiaX, eine Ausgründung des Helmholtz-Instituts Freiberg für Ressourcentechnologie (HIF), einer Einrichtung des Helmholtz-Zentrums Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR), hat neuartige, digitale Kartierungsverfahren für die nachhaltige Rohstofferkundung und -gewinnung entwickelt. Die digitale Lösung ist nun für den Sächsischen Digitalpreis nominiert. Welchen Platz sie erreicht, entscheidet das Publikum bei einer Online-Abstimmung.
