Best Student Award

The IHRS NanoNet doctoral candidate Jingjing Ye, hosted by the Department of Physics and Geo Science, Univ Leipzig, was awarded the Best Student Presentation Prize 2017 for her talk "Nano-electronic components built from DNA templates" presented at the IHRS NanoNet Annual Workshop 2017(12) on August 18, 2017. The second prize was awarded to Dmitry Skidin (TU Dresden), and the third prize went to Filip Kilibarda (HZDR). CONGRATULATIONS.
BTW. This is the same prize winner team as in 2016.

Excursion to Terra Mineralia

An excursion to the Terra Mineralia exhibition in Freiberg will give us the chance to admire marvelous crystals and minerals 'Around the world in 90 minutes'.
