ThaXonian – Infomail

We receive numerous inquiries about our project "ThaXonian" - from patients and their families, from journalists, from companies. Unfortunately, due to the abundance of inquiries, it has become impossible to answer all of them individually. Therefore, the project team has decided to send an update to all interested parties whenever there is news. If you would like to receive this information, which will appear at irregular intervals, you can register here.

Declaration of Consent

By registering, you agree to being informed about the research project "ThaXonian" at irregular intervals. In doing so, we process your personal data in our system based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). (It is our interest to provide regular information about ThaXonian.) You will, therefore, receive our ThaXonian infomail upon registration. You can object to your personal data being processed at any time; every infomail includes a contact address for this purpose. If you object, the personal data stored about you will then be deleted, provided that legal storage obligations do not prevent deletion.

In addition, the data protection rights contained in Art. 12ff. DSGVO, including the right to information, correction, restriction of processing and complaint to the supervisory authority, exist in your favour.
