Registration for the meeting is possible again. But not for accomodation! You have to take care yourself now! Contact the hotel If you wish to stay at the same place as all others.

Conference duration

Participants are asked to arrive at the City-Herberge in Dresden on the 4th of April. The Conference will start on the 5th at 9am (st). It ends at the 7th around 7pm. Departure from the conference is forseen for the 8th after breakfast.

Costs

The costs for the meeting are comprised of two parts:

  1. Costs for the Hotel

    The hotel has to be paid by each participant individualy at the day of departure. We have reserved single and double rooms for the time of the meeting. The prices range from 36,50 EUR to 47.50 EUR for a single room, and from 26.00 EUR to 31.50 EUR per person for a double room. These prices include breakfast from the buffet.

  2. Conference fee

    The conference fee covers the costs for two coffee breaks per day, as well as the lunch on the 5th, 6th and 7th of April, which will be served at the hotel. It will include a social event, which we will organize.
    The fee has to be paid in cash at the time of registration.

    The conference fee of 90 EUR has to be paid in cash at the registration. No credid cards can be accepted!

Talk presentation

All presentations should be made in electronic form! There will be no overhead projector available. The documents should be presented to the organizers during the registration. The following formats are accepted: OpenOffice/OpenDocument,Adobe Acrobet PDF or PowerPoint. You can bring your document either on USB memory stick, or CD-ROM. Download via internet can not be done, due to the available bandwidth.

Internet access during the meeting

We will have a low bandwidth internet conection available during the meeting. So you will be able to check for eMails in urgent cases. All Talks thar are available in electronic form, will be accessible during the meeting on a local web server, accesible via wireless LAN.
