Long Night of Sciences 2012
In 2012, the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) participated in three Long Nights:
- Night of Science in Freiberg on June 8, 2012
We’ll introduce our newly founded Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology.
- Long Night of Sciences in Leipzig on June 29, 2012
The HZDR Research Site Leipzig develops molecular probes for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases. Radioactivity also helps conduct geoscientific research to investigate the transport of (harmful) substances in the environment. Come and visit us in the Wissenschaftspark Leipzig.
- Long Night of Sciences in Dresden on July 6, 2012
The participating universities, non-university research facilities, and the City of Dresden are all convinced that the 10th Dresden Long Night of Sciences will be a special highlight. You’ll find the HZDR in the TU Dresden’s Lecture Center – with experiments that will amaze you and encourage you to participate as well as presentations on fascinating scientific topics which everyone will be able to understand.
