Grant Writing Incubator: Write 2 Win

The aim is to offer you as a postdoc an exclusive space and undisturbed time to write. For four days, you can focus entirely on your third-party funding applications, away from the lab and office distractions. Next date: June 2026 (You can see the last event here.)

Training program for (further) qualification

Develop interdisciplinary skills and key qualifications through our workshops & training courses in the winter semester 25/26. We also support you in gaining (further) experience in teaching.

Counselling & Coaching

We advise you on application documents (CV check) and appointment procedures as well as coaching on profile development/strengthening, decision-making, career assessment using an academic career portfolio and work-life balance. Contact us to discuss how we can best support you. Take part in the impulse session Fit for the professorship: successfully mastering the appointment procedure on September 25, 2025.

Career development conversations (for postdocs)

We support you in preparing for a career development conversations with your supervisor(s). Together we will review your current academic profile and identify opportunities to develop it further.

Networking opportunities

Expand your network and take part in Postdoc Talks organised by our cooperation partner Graduate Academy of TU Dresden or the Postdoc Day. The next Postdoc Day will take place as part of the Postdoc Appreciation Week on September 18, 2025.

Mentoring program "Academia" (through our cooperation partner Graduate Academy of TU Dresden)

We offer you the opportunity to successfully take the next step in your career within academia through reflection, feedback, networking and further qualification. The mentoring program "Academia" offers you as a postdoc personal one-to-one support from experienced mentors who provide insights into the academic system, facilitate access to networks and provide targeted support for individual career development - in a trusting, hierarchy-free environment.
