Please note:
* If you are an employee of the conference host Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden–Rossendorf, you may have received a registration code for booking your registration. If you did not receive a registration code, please contact the conference organisers or choose Participant instead of HZDR employee to register with the normal fee.
The registration fees include:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions
- Coffeebreaks and light lunches
- Short course and / or Conference material
- Bus transfer (free of charge) between city center and conference venue HZDR, booking is required
- Access to the poster area
- Participation in the Short Course Dinner is included in the Registration fee for Short Course or package fee
- Participation in the Conference Dinner is included in the Conference only registration or package fee
- 1 The participation in the HZDR facilities tour is optional and free of charge.
- 2 Participation in the parallel sessions on numerical or experimental training on Wednesday morning, 13 of November 2024 (experimental training participation is limited - first come, first served).
**The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- Participation in Short Course Dinner and / or Conference Dinner. Accompanying persons will NOT have access to the MPF-2024 workshop.
Payment methods
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.
The registration for the congress is only valid after receipt of the full registration fees. If you have not paid the fees within the mentioned deadlines, the higher fee will apply and you will receive a new invoice from the congress organisation subsequently.
