Technical Product Designer (f/m/d)
Do you have a technical understanding and a keen interest in technology? Do you enjoy drawing and tend to be precise? Then apply here for vocational training as a technical product designer (f/m/d) specializing in machine and systems engineering!
This is what our former trainee Marcus has to say:
"As a technical product designer at the HZDR, I work together with design engineers on current projects, create sets of drawings and prepare all the data for production.
In research, no two tasks are the same and the parts that have to be drawn are just as varied. Our work supports the various research areas at the HZDR, for example, with systems for testing new recycling processes, energy generation issues or basic research in various fields.
During your training at the HZDR, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce training center and the vocational school, you will learn how to design components, create 3D data sets and drawings. You will also be able to try out the main manufacturing processes in practice.
If you have a good technical understanding and enjoy tinkering with new designs, then this is the right place for you!"
