What is coaching?
As part of a coaching, the coachee finds themselves from their IS to their GOAL. The coaching process is structured, method-driven and limited in time.

What kind of benefits do you have as a coachee?
Through systemic questions and methods, the coachee's self-learning processes are set in motion and their problem-solving skills are strengthened. The systemic-constructive approach supports the sustainable development of the coachee. The coachee's self-learning processes are stimulated and their self-development as well as the ability to organize themselves are supported.
