Nanonet International Workshop 2016 - Participants

The Annual Workshop of the International Helmholtz Research School for Nanoelectronic Networks (IHRS NanoNet) was held in Prague (CZ) from August 30 - September 02, 2016.
The workshop was co-organized by the Czech Academy of Sciences Prague (CAS - Jan Honolka) and the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR - Artur Erbe, Peter Zahn).

Workshop Focus

We welcome 60 participants, especially students and scientists from our School, from the Prague area, and from other institutions and labs. The program covered the following topics:

Besides the lectures given by the Invited Speakers, Contributed Talks and Posters were presented.
A poster prize has been awarded to the best poster presenter: Jingjing Ye from the University of Leipzig.
The second prize was awarded to Filip Kilibarda and the third prize went to Dmitry Skidin.

Wednesday 4 p.m.: City tour - walking or bus tour - ca. 3h - no extra fee, more information about the 4 tours are given here. The tours were guided by historic experts from
Thursday 7:30 p.m.: Dinner at Palffy Palace close to Prague Castle - no extra fee.

Contributed papers will be presented as talk or poster. Please mark your preference at the registration.
Participation in the workshop program is by invitation only. The invitations will be sent within 1 week from the registration deadline.
