The conference proceedings will be published as a special virtual issue in Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B.

Manuscript Submission

All submitted papers must be clearly written in excellent English and contain only original work, which has not been published by or is currentlyunder review for any other journal or conference. Only manuscripts of contributions presented at the conference will be considered for publication. Papers must not exceed 25 pages (one-column, at least 11pt fonts) including figures, tables, and references.
